The Exchange hosts evidence and matches parties — it never generates notices, decision traces, crisis-runtime evidence, SBOMs or conformity evidence packs. Those are produced by ReviewDesk — ADMT Decision Review, CompanionGuard, ProvenanceGuard and CRAClock, and are imported here unchanged.
